Look back at preliminary task - How have you improved since then?

|
We chose to use a Prezi to illustrate how we progressed from our preliminary task to our final sequence. We chose different sections that we felt we could comment on for both our projects and how we improved. We commented on the effects, soundtrack, titles, Distribution and production companies, lighting and camera shots.
Preliminary Task:Over The Shoulder Shot:
In our original preliminary task our shot was not very well framed, and the quality of filming is very grainy. The lighting is very poor due to the fact that the characters face is almost unreadable. As there is an open window behind the lighting has created a shadow over the focus in the scene. |
Final Opening Title Sequence:Over The Shoulder Shot:
In our final OTS we have made a substantial improvement on our shot framing. There is also a nice use of lighting to highlight the characters face within the shot and to show the time of day it is being filmed. Also the overall quality of the filming is much more adequate, there are no grainy shots because of the way it has been filmed. |
Shaky Camera
In our preliminary task, the end of the shots were very shaky, this is due us not editing out the ends of the shot out as we were still speaking and we cut it out. HC,EP,NL,WT

Shaky Camera
For our Final Sequence, we carried on filming for a couple of seconds so we could cut it out without compromising the shot. |
